Announcements - April 30, 2017

• The 25th Anniversary Joint Worship service will be held on May 7at 11:00am. There will be group photo session and refreshment potluck right after worship service. Brothers and sisters are welcomed to bring their own refreshment for sharing. A celebration banquet will be held at Fortune House Seafood Restaurant at 6pm for those who have purchased the tickets. 
• If you want to use the church facility, please call the church office to make the reservation. This also includes those who want to leave their cars in the church parking lot during weekdays. 
• Please move your car to the upper parking lot after the worship service because we will lock up the downstairs garage door 30 minutes after our gatherings. 
• The spring cleaning has already started. Small groups will help cleaning the church between now and June.

Summary of April 2017 Deacon Board Meeting

• The fire marshals of 2017 are Deacon Samson Chan and Deacon Justin Chen. 
• A refreshment potluck will be held after the 25th Anniversary worship service on May 7, 2017. Brothers and sisters are welcomed to bring their own refreshment for sharing. 
• The church secretary will take her annual leave from May 3 to May 21, 2017. 
• Pastor Gladys will attend a Pastor Conference from May 10 – 12, 2017 at Regent College.

Tickets for adults is $39 each, for kids ages 4-10 is $19 each and for kids ages 3 and under is free. Tickets booth will be set up today at the main entrance between 11:15am – 11:45am and on April 16 after the joint baptismal service. Please prepare cash or cheque if you would like to purchase the ticket. Seats are limited. Tickets sale are on a first comes first serves basis. Start to invite friends early!

• Good Friday Joint Meditation Communion worship service will be held on April 14 (Friday) at 11 am. Easter Sunday Joint Baptismal worship service will be held on April 16 at 11am. Simultaneous translation will be available. Please bring your own radio, earphones and tune radio to FM99.7 for English translation.
