• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Worship duties list is posted on the church website. Please contact Deacon Peter, Deacon Justin or the church secretary if you are not available for the duties. 
• The monthly bulletin has been posted on the bulletin board in the church foyer. Please check for important church updates.
• The church donation only consists of general offering and special offering. Building offering has been eliminated. Special offering are restricted for mission fund or theological education fund only.
• WBC101 will be held right after worship service in Room E.
• The visitation team will celebrate the Chinese New Year with the residents of the Beulah Gardens Seniors homes on February 28 at 6:00pm. For those who would like to join the visitation, please contact Felix Loo.
• WBC201 is a spiritual maturity course for those who have been baptized and transferred to Westside which will be held in February 2015. Please contact Pastor Gladys if you would like to attend. 
• Please send your new contact info to the church if it has been updated within the past two years.
• In 2015, the church will participate in the City’s Green Bin program for the collection of food scraps. As such, brothers and sisters are encouraged to bring home their own food scraps for disposal since the size of the green bin is limited.
• The church office will be closed on Feb 19 (Thursday) as a replacement for the past long weekend.

Summary of Feb 2015 Deacon Board Meeting

• Due to personal reason, Deacon Godfrey Leung has resigned as 2015 signing officer and will be replaced by Deacon Keddy Au Yeung. Deacon Tsz-Lam Mak remains as the other signing officer.
• Following are the recipients of Awana matching donation: January - Wycliffe Bible Translators (for sister Leung’s ministry); March - Marpole Oakridge Family Place; May - Awana missionary program; June – Awana BC. 
• All  posters from para-church organizations must be approved and signed by the pastoral staff before posting on the bulletin board.  
• The fire marshals of 2015 are Deacon Samson Chan (CM) and Deacon Peter Cheung (EM). 
• The church secretary will take her annual leave from February 11 to February 24, 2015. 
• According to the by-law of the Member’s handbook, the memberships of the following inactive members have been terminated. They are: Don Chan, Edward Chan, Rosamond Chan, Wallace Chan, Sharon Cheng, Emily Kiang, Monita Lam, Gelaine Siu, Yvette Tsang and David Yung.

• In remembrance of our Lord Jesus’ death on the cross for our sins, Holy Communion will be held today. If you have openly declared your faith and commitment to Jesus Christ through baptism, you are invited to prepare your heart and partake in the Holy Communion with us.

Summary of January Deacon Board Meeting

• The church will launch a Campaign called “50 Days of Transformation” in July this year. 
• Deacon Keddy Au Yeung and Deacon Godfrey Leung will be the coordinators of the facility maintenance committee. 
• Deacon Samson Chan will be the coordinator of hospitality team and the deacon rep of finance committee. 
• Deacon Tsz-Lam Mak will be the coordinator of visitation team. 
• The deacon board recommended the following as 2015 nomination committee members: Deacon Rep.: Samson Chan, Justin Chen and Godfrey Leung; Congregation Rep.: Kelly Lo, Doris Ngan, Cannis Wan 
• 2015 alarm contacts are 1) Deacon Peter Cheung, 2) Deacon Keddy Au Yeung and 3) Deacon Godfrey Leung. Please contact the person according to the above order should the alarm is triggered. The alarm code will be changed. 
• The signing officers of 2015 are Deacon Godfrey Leung and Deacon Tsz-Lam Mak. Roger Ma, Daryl Wong and Pauline Wong have become deactivated members.
