Summary Of January 2014 Deacon Board Meeting
- AWANA invites substitute volunteers for the month of May. Westside’s members who are passionate in the children ministry are welcome to join.
- The church will launch a Bible Reading Campaign in June this year.
- The committee members of the Summer Camp from July 11-13, 2014 are: Ealse Chau, James Lai, Jodie Ng, Nick Yeung, Polly Yu and Pastor Alan (Deacon board rep).
- Deacon Keddy Au Yeung and Deacon Dick Chan will be the coordinators of the facility maintenance committee.
- Deacon Peter Cheung will replace Deacon Felix Loo as the short-term mission coordinator.
- 2014 nomination committee members are: Congregation Rep.: Samson Chan, Joanna Lai and Jenny Tse; Deacon Rep.: Keddy Au Yeung, Dick Chan and Peter Cheung
- 2014 alarm contacts are 1) Deacon Peter Cheung, 2) Deacon Felix Loo and 3) Deacon Keddy Au Yeung. Please contact the person according to the above order should the alarm is triggered. The alarm code will be changed.
- The signing officers of 2014 are Deacon Dick Chan and Deacon Tsz-Lam Mak.
- Pastor Alan will take a day off on February 9 and Roberta, the church secretary, will take days off on January 18, 25 and February 15.
- Due to low consumption, the church will discontinue selling coffee and tea bags.

- A New Year’s Eve fun-filled count down event will be held on December 31 at 9:30pm. All are welcome to join. Admission is at $5 each. Registration is available on facebook.
