• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at Room F. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
• Please observe the hygiene practices where posters have been posted at the main entrance and the bulletin boards. 
• Deacon board meeting will be held today at 2:30pm. 
• Daylight saving time will begin at 3:00 am on March 8 (Sunday). Please turn your clock one hour forward before going to bed on March 7 (Saturday). 
• Starting today Mark Wong will be our pastoral intern until August 31, 2020. 
• Please be careful not to block the fire escape passage, and keep the distance from the exterior wall of the building to 3 ft, so that the fire door can be fully opened. 
• Please move your car from the underground parking 30 minutes after worship service.

• The church will accept Mark Wong, a Master of Divinity student at Carey Theological College, as a pastoral intern from March 1 to August 31, 2020 for 10 hours per week. 
• Ash Wednesday worship service will be held on February 26 (Wednesday) at 7:30pm. The topic is Limits. Sign up sheet has been posted on the bulletin board.

• Christmas charity event this year raised a total of about $ 2,316.50 (auction $ 1,366, photo $ 331, table donation $ 272, clothes collection $ 347), thank you brothers and sisters and friends for their support. Net proceeds will be donated to Marpole Oakridge Family Place and United Gospel Ministry equally.

• Roberta’s father, Mr. Luk Ho Lam, has passed away on December 10. Please remember his family in this time of sorrow.

• Christmas Celebration events: Clothing drive. Clothing will be collected today (last day) at storage locker #1 after worship service for half an hour (via the corridor outside room G) Christmas Charity Dinner will be held tonight at 6pm. Please bring your own dining ware. Net proceeds from all fundraiser events will be donated Marpole Oakridge Family Place and Union Gospel Mission. 
• Apart from Charity Auction, we will have Charity Photo Booth set up for families to take pictures. Freewill offerings are welcome. Thank you for your support! 
• Christmas Joint worship service will be held on December 22 at 11:00am. The church will use “Discord” app to broadcast the simultaneous interpretation during joint worship services. Instructions will be provided.

• Samuel Leung has been elected as 2020-2022 deacon. The votes he received are as follow: 98 agreed, 9 abstained, 0 disagreed and 2 invalid. 
• Christmas Celebration events: Christmas Joint worship service will be held on Dec 22 at 11am; Clothing drive (today to Dec 15). Clothing will be collected at storage locker #1 after worship service for half an hour (via the corridor outside room G) Christmas Charity Dinner will be held on December 15. We are accepting: new items of value; unique and valuable vintage items; and unused and non-expired gift certificates, gift cards, or gift vouchers (e.g. Groupons).
