Summary of February 2013 Deacon Boarding Meeting

• AWANA Trek will be replaced by GZone ministry starting from February 17. All leaders are from the English congregation.
• The church has undergone loan restructuring in 2013. The entire loan is now owed to members of our congregation. The church has also secured a loan facility with CBWC Foundation as a contingency in the event that unscheduled reparyment of congregational loan is required.
• An Emotional Health Support Group will be held every Friday night from February 22 – March 29.
• Maundy Thursday worship service will be held on March 28 at 8:00pm. Meditation Retreat will be held on March 30 at 6:00pm. A joint Easter worship service will be held on March 31 at 11:00am.
• The church picnic will be held on August 5 at Belcarra Park. The coordinators are Deacons Dick Chan, Lily Liu and Justin Chen. Details are to be announced.
• Youth gospel camp will be held on August 30 to September 2 at Alexandra Neigbourhood House. Grade 10 to age 25 are welcome to join the camp. Details are to be announced.
• The church will continue to run “Operation Christmas Child” project this year, and the coordinators are Deacon Felix Loo and Maggie Leung.
