Summary of March 2014 Deacon Board Meeting

• Pastor Anders, Deacon Peter Cheung and Felix Loo will represent the church to attend the CBWC assembly through webinar on April 10. 
• The church will arrange an outing event on May 3 and a luncheon on May 4 in celebrating her 22nd Anniversary. 
• Deacon Felix Loo will represent the church to attend the Ordination Examination Council with Pastor Alan Yu on May 28 in Edmonton. 
• The church will set up a mini-food bank for the needy. 
• Ricky Yu has replaced Nick Yeung, who has resigned due to personal reasons, as summer camp committee member. 
• Staff vacations and professional developments(PD): 
• Pastor Gladys – March 10 -11 (PD), May 7-8. 
• Pastor Anders – May 7-18. 
• Pastor Alan – March 20-28; April 29 – May 3 (PD). 
• Church secretary - March 7-9.
