Announcements - April 13, 2014

• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the church office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Worship duties list is posted on the church website. Please contact Deacon Peter, Deacon Justin or the church secretary if you are not available for the duties. 
• Summary of April Deacon Board Meeting  has already posted on the bulletin and website. Please check it out for important information.
• We will be starting WBC301 soon. Anyone who has been baptized and wants to grow further in their Christian walk with the Lord are welcome to join. For further details please contact Pastor Gladys. 
• Maundy Thursday communion service will be held on April 17 at 8:00pm. 
• Good Friday meditation service will be held on April 18 from 2:00-6:00pm. You can drop in at any time but the last entry is 5:00pm. 
• There will be a combined service on April 20 Easter Sunday at 11:00am with baptism. There will also be a celebrative luncheon hosted by EM. Family and friends of our baptismal candidates are especially welcome. Please register with Deacon Peter. 
• A breakfast fundraiser is organized by SC committee will be held on April 20 at 10am. All are encouraged to attend. 
• The Church Anniversary Celebrations: 1) May 3 – Washington, US one day tour (Oyster farm, Whidbey Island, Deception Pass, Skagit Valley (Tulip town & shop), Premium Outlets) $28 per person. Please contact Deacon Dick Chan for tickets; 2) May 4 - BBQ luncheon at 1:30pm. Fee: Adults $10, Children ages 4-10 $5; Children ages 3 and under is free. Please contact Deacon Justin for tickets. 
• Summer camp will be held between July 11 -13, 2014 at Alexandra Neighbourhood House. Registration will begin today for 4 weeks. Adults $119, Children ages 4-10 $79, Commuters $99. Children ages 3 or under is free if they do not require a bed and cater. Please register online at bit.ly/wbc_sc14_reg.
