- The church will obtain consent from members and adherents before broadcasting information about the church through email.
- The guidelines of the mini-food bank will be posted on the bulletin board.
- The guidelines for personal use of the church facility are listed as follow:
- Facility use must be pre-approved by the pastoral staff and pre-arranged with the church secretary;
- Individual can only use the church facility if the office is open;
- Air conditioner will not be turned on.
- Due to insufficient funding from the government, the church will not hold the children summer program this year.
- Concerning security of our children:
- In order to protect the security of our children, the church advice all members and adherents:
- Not to take picture of any church child for publicizing through any means without prior consent of the parent.
- Not to identify any child (such as tagging) on your publicized photo.
- The church will obtain waiver from parents before identifiable picture of their child be taken and publicized through church media.
- The church will require divorced parents to present proof of custody for picking up their child.
