Announcements - June 26, 2016
- Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
- Worship duties list is posted on the church website. Please contact Deacon Peter, Deacon Justin or the church secretary if you are not available for the duties. Please do not make changes on your own.
- Try to use offering envelopes for your tithe and offering. If you have forgotten your offering number, please contact the church office.
For those who are new to Westside and if you have not filled out a guest record form, please get one from our ushers. Also contact Pastor Gladys or one of our SG leaders if you want to know more about us or join our small groups.
- We have uploaded all 6 of the prayer walking guides to the church website and encourage you to continue prayer walking in our neighborhood by using these guides. Make it a habit that you do regularly or may encourage your small group to go together, especially when the weather is nice.
- In order to understand our community better for planning the upcoming ministries, we have prepared demographic survey to be done in our neighborhood. Please contact Pastor Anders if you are available to do the survey in the neighborhood.
- The Children Summer Camp is open for registration now. The event is from July 4 to August 26. For registration, please contact the children summer camp coordinator Gigi Li as soon as possible.
- The congregational meeting will be held on July 10 at 1pm. Members please make time to attend. The agenda as follow:
- 2016 semi-annual financial report.
- Amendments of the by-laws. (all changes are based on the English version of the by-laws) (see the bulletin board)
- Approve the constitution and by-laws of July 2016 as the most updated version. (see the bulletin board
- Report on the progress of downstairs redevelopment project.
- Any other business.
- We are planning to re-start Homework Fellowship. Anyone interested to serve in this ministry please contact Pastor Gladys or Deacon Justin.
