Announcement - June 28, 2020

• Pray meeting will be held from Zoom on Sundays at 10:30am. All are welcome to join. Meeting ID: 640 432 540; Password: 010779 It will be the same Meeting ID and password every week. 
• Please update your phone or email address if you have recent changes so that we can stay connected during this special time of social distancing. If you have any special needs or prayer concerns, please contact Pastor Gladys for church prayer support. 
• Next Sunday is the first Sunday of the month when we usually take the Lord’s supper together. Even though we are apart, we encourage all baptized brothers and sisters to prepare the bread and the cup and take the communion at home by following pastoral guidance. 
• During this time of COVID-19, offering by cheques and e-transfer are welcome. Cheques can be mailed to the church office. Please call the office to confirm receipt of the cheque as there may be delays in the mail. E-transfer email address is westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com Cash donations will not be accepted until worship at church resumes. 
• After careful consideration, the church building will not be reopened for worship services at this stage. The deacons will reconsider the possibility of reopening once the restrictions are loosen. In order to prepare for the reopening in the future, the church is now collecting opinions through questionnaire surveys, and brothers and sisters are welcome to participate. • Due to the current pandemic, Vacation Bible School in August will be postponed to 2021. • Ash Studios are now for rent. For details, please contact the church office. 
• The church office will be closed on June 30 (Tuesday) and July 1 (Wednesday).
