Announcements - August 2, 2020

• Prayer meeting will be held from Zoom on Sundays at 10:30am. All are welcome to join. Meeting ID: 640 432 540; Password: 010779 It will be the same Meeting ID and password every week. 
• Please update your phone or email address if you have recent changes so that we can stay connected during this special time of social distancing. If you have any special needs or prayer concerns, please contact Pastor Gladys for church prayer support. 
• During this time of COVID-19, offering by cheques and e-transfer are welcome. Cheques can be mailed to the church office. Please call the office to confirm receipt of the cheque as there may be delays in the mail. E-transfer email address is westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com Cash donations will not be accepted until worship at church resumes. 
• After careful consideration, the church building will not be reopened for worship services at this stage. The deacons will reconsider the possibility of reopening once the restrictions are loosen. 
• GZone and XP3 teens ministries online virtual sessions will be on vacation in the summer months of July and August. 
• CitRUs Children’s Ministry will meet with children and parents through Zoom sessions on the last Saturday of every month. There will be games, small groups and prayer time. 
• GZone and XP3 coaches zoom meeting will be held on August 5 at 7:30pm. 
• The church will organize a clothing drive, and the funds raised will be allocated to general fund. The congregation can return the donated clothing to the storage room downstairs at the church from 1-2 pm on August 22 and August 29 (Saturdays). Please put clean and re-saleable clothes in 26”x36” garbage plastic bags. When returning to the church, you must wear a face mask.
