• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at Room E. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Reminders of attending in person worship service at 11:30am: 
• We will not provide printed handouts for now. Please download from our website and print them at home for your personal use if needed. 
• In compliance with BC health recommendations, masks are mandatory for all indoor gatherings. So please do put on your masks while attending service or meetings, and respect everyone's personal space and comfort level. 
• We encourage you to check your body temperature when arriving, and sanitize your hands. 
• Stay home if you are displaying any symptom. 
• If you are unable to attend worship services on-site during the transitional period, you are encouraged to worship with us using the live streaming on Zoom at 11:30am.

• During this transitional period, cash donation is not accepted. The church is accepting offerings through the following methods: 
• e-transfer to westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com; 
• drop off the cheque into the mail box at the main hall when attending the in-person worship service on Sundays; 
• mail the cheque to the church. 
• Deacon Board meeting will be held today at 2:00pm at Room A. Awana and GZone ministries will re-start as of September 24. Please do remember these ministries and those who faithfully serve as leaders and coaches. 
• As of September there will be re-group for Carson, Daniel and Jonathan’s small groups (mainly youth and young adults). If you are new and are interesting to know more about our small groups, please contact Pastor Gladys. 
• For security reasons, we will lock up the underground garage gate as people leave the building. So if you park your car in the underground covered parking, please move your car after the worship service.
