- The church will apply funding from the government start a children summer program. This funding will include hiring a youth to run the program. Details to be announced.
- Wendy Wong, our treasurer, will be resigned as of mid-March since she will move back to Hong Kong. Her role will be replaced by Monica Tong in mid-August. The finance committee will help with day to day financial operation of the church between March to July, 2013.
- 2013 signing officers are Deacon Dick Chan and Deacon Tsz-Lam Mak. Monica will replace Wendy as signing officer in March 2013.
- 2013 Finance committee members are Grace Cheng, Thomas Lee, Deacon Felix Loo (Deacon rep), Monica Tong and Lauren Wong. 2013 deacon board chair will be Rev. Dr. Gladys Tsang; church clerk will be Alexandra Wai. The above positions will be reviewed in January 2016.
- Pastor Alan's study leave is from January 7 – 11, annual leave from March 19-27, 2013. The church secretary, Roberta's, annual leave is from February 13 – March 1, 2013.
