Announcements - January 3, 2016

• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Worship duties list is posted on the church website. Please contact Deacon Peter, Deacon Justin or the church secretary if you are not available for the duties. Please do not make changes on your own.  
• Please pick up the sermon theme binder cover for 2016 from the back of the hall. Otherwise, please sign up for one at the bulletin board. 
• Deacon board meeting will be held today at 2:30pm at room A. 
• Try to use offering envelopes for your tithe and offering. If you have forgotten your offering number, please contact the church office. 
• For those who are new to Westside and if you have not filled out a guest record form, please get one from our ushers. Also contact Pastor Gladys or one of our SG leaders if you want to know more about us or join our small groups. 
• Starting from January 2016, Christian Education will be held on the third week of the month. The first course will be held on January 17 between 2pm – 5pm. The topic is, “ISIS(ISIL) - What Christians Need to Know”. Details and sign-up sheet have already posted on the bulletin board. 
• There will be a community luncheon on January 17th. $8 @ please register with your SG leaders. 
• Annual general meeting will be held on January 24, 2016 at 1pm. Members are encouraged to attend. 
• 2015 annual report will be ready for download from the church website on January 10, 2016. For those who would like to have a hard copy, please sign up at the bulletin board. 
• Please send your new contact info to the church if it has been updated within the past two years.
