Summary of April Deacon Board Meeting

  • The church anniversary dinner will be held on May 4 (Saturday) between 6pm to 9pm at the church. $12 per adult, $6 per child of ages 4-10, free for children age 3 and under. Deadline for ticket sale is April 28. The maximum seating capacity is 200.
  • One pastoral staff and two deacons will conduct interviews for the candidates of the summer program coordinators.
  • Maggie Chan, AFC Acting Ministry Director, will be the main speaker of the Youth Gospel Camp from August 30 – September 2, 2013.
  • Youth Gospel Camp fundraiser events include car wash on April 28, July 28 and a yard sale on June 9. Donated items for the yard sale are welcome. Details are to be announced.
  • For security reason, approval must be granted by the parents whose child is attending Westside before posting the child’s picture on any website.
