- The church will participate in the Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) to support the special Christmas project in Bolivia to prevent the Chagas virus. Details will be announced during worship service on December 5.
- Clothing Drive. The congregation can bring the donated clothing to the storage room downstairs at the church from 1:30-2:30 pm on December 4 and December 11 (Saturdays). Please put clean and re-saleable clothes in 26”x36” garbage plastic bags. When returning to the church, please wear a face mask. The fund raised from the clothing drive will be donated to the special Christmas project in Bolivia to prevent the Chagas virus.
- Baptism/transfer of membership worship service will be held at 3 pm on December 19th. Live streaming of the event will be available as well.

- The online deacon election will be held from noon on November 26 (Friday) to 2 pm on November 28 (Sunday). The details will be emailed to members. The three confirmed candidates of the 2022-2024 deaconship election are Daisy Liu, Tommy Tung and Jackson Yu. Following are their profiles:
- Daisy Liu is a teacher. She currently serves as a EM small group leader and a CitRUs director. Daisy received Christ in 2003, she was baptized at Richmond Peace Chinese Mennonite Church in 2004, and her membership was transferred to Westside in May 2013. Her husband, Justin Chen, is also a member of Westside.
- Tommy Tung is a manager of an auto body repair shop. He currently serves as a praise team coordinator, a drummer and a visitation team member at CM. Previously he served as a summer camp committee member. Tommy received Christ and was baptised at Westside in 1998. His wife, Tsz-Lam Mak, is also a member of Westside.
- Jackson Yu is a pharmacist. He currently serves as a finance committee member, an AWANA leader, a youth ministry leader and an audio controller. Jackson received Christ in 2004 and was baptised at Westside in 2011. His wife, Clemmie Cheung, is also a member of Westside.

- For security reasons, we will lock up the underground garage gate as people leave the building. So if you park your car in the underground covered parking, please move your car 20 minutes after the worship service. But if you double park, please move your car right away after worship service.
- Also please note that street parking across the street is for residents in that neighborhood. Do check the posting by the elevator regarding street parking spots in the neighborhood.
