- Volunteers of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards program are Kenald Yu (coordinator), Carson Lai, Jodie Ng, and Carbo Ngai. Carlos Liu will become occasional helper and Daisy Liu will serve in another ministry instead. The registration fee has been amended to $30 per year per participant.
- All shoebox gifts will send to the Calgary processing centre on November 28.
- The church secretary will be on vacation between November 15 and November 22, 2015.
- All funds collected from this year’s Christmas charity events (including clothing drive, surplus from Christmas Charity Dinner, charity auction and other fundraiser events during Christmas dinner) will be donated to Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) in aiding the Syrian refugees, and the funds submitted to CBM prior to December 31 will be matched by the Canadian Government.
- 2015 annual children ministry training should have been completed by this time. Volunteers may be disqualified from serving in Children ministries if they do not complete the training by the end of this year.
- Helen Yung’s membership has been reactivated. Betty Cheung, Kellie Chiu, Justin Ng and Polly Yu’s memberships have been deactivated.
- The annual general meeting will be held on January 24, 2016.
