Note:
- Before you begin, please prepare a journal and a pen for you to write down what you receive during these mediation exercises.
- Please have your Bible ready, so that you can have the text before you as you meditate. We will be reading from The Message tonight. You can read the Message from the website BibleGateway.com
- Find yourself a location where you can be undisturbed. But if audio distraction is unavoidable, you may also want to prepare some background music or white noise to shield out those distractions.
- There will be a number of places in the program where you will be asked to stop the video and meditate on the questions provided. There will be a suggested length of time. You are welcome to spend more time than suggested, however, try not to spend less time on those meditations than the suggestions.
