• EM prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at Room E. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Reminders of attending in person worship service at 11:30am: 
• We will not provide printed handouts for now. Please download from our website and print them at home for your personal use if needed. 
• We encourage you to check your body temperature when arriving, and sanitize your hands. 
• Stay home if you are displaying any symptom. 
• If you are unable to attend worship services on-site during the transitional period, you are encouraged to worship with us using the live streaming on Zoom at 11:30am.

• During this transitional period, cash donation is not accepted. The church is accepting offerings through the following methods: o e-transfer to westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com; o drop off the cheque into the mail box at the main hall when attending the in-person worship service on Sundays; 
• mail the cheque to the church. 
• The online deacon election will end today at 2 pm. The result of the election will be announced on December 5. 
• The church will participate in the Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) to support the special Christmas project in Bolivia to prevent the Chagas virus. Details will be announced during worship service on December 5. 
• Clothing Drive. The congregation can bring the donated clothing to the storage room downstairs at the church from 1:30-2:30 pm on December 4 and December 11 (Saturdays). Please put clean and re-saleable clothes in 26”x36” garbage plastic bags. When returning to the church, please wear a face mask. The fund raised from the clothing drive will be donated to the special Christmas project in Bolivia to prevent the Chagas virus. 
• Baptism/transfer of membership worship service will be held at 3 pm on December 19th. Live streaming of the event will be available as well.
