• EM prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at Room E. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.

• All worshippers are required to show proof of vaccination and wear a face mask 
• We will not provide printed handouts for now. Please download from our website and print them at home for your personal use if needed. 
•  We encourage you to check your body temperature when arriving, and sanitize your hands. 
• Stay home if you are displaying any symptom. 
• Brothers and sisters who are not fully vaccinated are welcome to continue worshipping with us through Zoom at 11:30am.

• During this transitional period, cash donation is not accepted. The church is accepting offerings through the following methods: 
• e-transfer to westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com; 
• drop off the cheque into the mail box at the main hall when attending the in-person worship service on Sundays; 
• mail the cheque to the church. 
• Last week, there were 117 voters in the Deacon Online Election. The results of the election are as follows: Daisy Liu: 110 votes in favor, 1 vote against, 6 abstentions, Tommy Tung: 113 votes in favor, 0 votes against, 4 abstentions, Jackson Yu: 115 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 2 abstentions, all of whom will serve as deacons for the year 2022-2024. 
• The church will participate in the Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) to support the special Christmas project in Bolivia to prevent the Chagas virus. For donation details, please refer to the following link: https://chagas.hopefulgifts.ca/team/westside 
• Clothing Drive. The congregation can bring the donated clothing to the storage room downstairs at the church from 1:30-2:30 pm on December 4 and December 11 (Saturdays). Please put clean and re-saleable clothes in 26”x36” garbage plastic bags. When returning to the church, please wear a face mask. The fund raised from the clothing drive will be donated to the special Christmas project in Bolivia to prevent the Chagas virus. 
• Baptism/transfer of membership worship service will be held at 3 pm on December 19th. Live streaming is available at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/EMworship. All participants of the onsite service will need to show proof of vaccination and wear a face mask. 
• There will be a community luncheon on Dec 26. Please register through your SGs by Dec 19.
