• EM prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am in Room E. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• During this transitional period, cash donation is not accepted. The church is accepting offerings through the following methods: 
• e-transfer to westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com; 
• drop off the cheque into the mail box at the main hall when attending the in-person worship service on Sundays; 
• mail the cheque to the church. 
• We have children program during English service for ages 3-7. If you have friends or relatives whom have children in that category please invite them. For young babies, parents can stay with them in room B. Please remember this ministry in your prayer. 
• WBC 101 is a course for those who wish to join the church through baptism or transfer to become a member, or to reinstate membership. If you would like to join Westside as a member, please contact Pastor Gladys. We will start the class and arrange a suitable time for the course when there are enough people showing interests. 
• There will be joint small groups on July 7 Thursday night for Session 3 on the book study of Jonah.
• There will be a community meal on July 10 after worship service. Please register with your SG leaders or Shera Ng on or before July 7. The cost is $13 for adults.  
• As of July 2022, the church will resume cash offering (still accept offerings by cheques and e-transfer), passing of the offering bags, passing of the communions, printing of the weekly/monthly bulletin and sermon note, and congregational participation in Scripture reading during worship services. 
• Online small groups’ meeting and live streaming worship services will tentatively discontinue on September 7, 2022. 
• From September 7, 2022 the deacon board will observe the membership guidelines according to the bylaws again. Activate or deactivate the membership of a member will be resumed in December 2022. 
• Please note the poster at the entrance of the main hall that shows parking available in the neighbourhood. For the sake of our neighbours, please do not park in front of the local residence.
