Announcements - February 17, 2019

• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Monthly Bulletin has been posted on the bulletin board and the church blog. Please check out for important announcements. 
• The church will accept debit card for offering. Offerings need to be made 15 minutes prior to worship service at room D. Each transaction has to be $50 or above. For offering over $100, additional transaction is required. Please check with the church secretary for more details. 
• A workshop on Praying more Deeply will be held today at room G. The material written will be in English. But the verbal instruction will be in Cantonese. The topic is – 1) What is Praying?”. The details and sign-up sheet have been posted on the bulletin board. 
• A community meal will be held on February 24 right after worship service. Please sign up with the small groups leaders. $8 per person. 
• Completed Commitment Card for the Redevelopment Project can be put into the offering bag by today. Commitment Card is available at the back of the hall. Please specify “BR Fund”on the offering envelope for the redevelopment project. 
• Praise Team Training will be held on March 31 at 2pm. We encourage all praise team members to attend. 
• Donation receipts will be distributed before EM worship service at the main entrance. 
• Ash Wednesday Worship service will be held on March 6 at 7:30pm. The topic is “My Death, His Death”. Details and sign up sheet has been posted on the bulletin board.

• Last Sunday’s fundraiser luncheon has raised $743.10. The net proceeds will be donated to the Building Redevelopment Fund. Thank you for the donations and the preparation by dLite’s members. 
• The church will accept debit card for offering from today onward. Offerings need to be made 15 minutes prior to worship service at room D. Each transaction has to be $50 or above. For offering over $100, additional transaction is required. Please check with the church secretary for more details.
• Please notify the church office if your contact information has been changed by today. If your legal name has been changed please notify the treasurer by today for her to prepare the donation receipts.

Announcements - Dec 23, 2018

• The church has raised approximately $3,351 from all the charity events this year (Clothing drive $280, Pictures with Santa $200, Donation on the tables $541, Chopsticks sales $150, Auction $2,180). Net proceeds will be equally donated to Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society and Reiderman Temporary Modular Housing. Thank you all for your participation and generosity. 
• Please feel free to pick up the 2019 calendar at the reception desk at the back of the hall. 
• The church encourage brothers and sisters to donate grocery to the physically challenged residents at Reiderman Temporary Modular Housing on a monthly basis. For details please contact Felix Loo.
