Announcements - January 13, 2019

• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.  
• The monthly bulletin has been posted on the bulletin board. Please check it out for important information. 
• Annual General Meeting will be held on January 27, 2019 at 1:00pm. Agenda is as follow:  

1. Pastoral Reports 
2. Deacons Reports 
3. Present and accept 2018 financial report 
4. Present and approve 2019 budget 
5. Approve the ratify initial budget from $50,000 to $60,000 for redevelopment project (up to the development permit application phase) 
6. Approve the redevelopment project budget as $900,000 
7. Approve 2019 Nomination Committee:
   • Deacon Rep: James Lai, Benjamin Mak, Joyce Yu
   • Congregational Rep: Mabel Cheung, Maria Wan, Jackson Yu 
8. Any Other Business 

• The church will hold a fundraiser luncheon event on January 27 right before the AGM. Noodle with sausage and egg will be served. Free-will donation is welcome. The net proceeds will be donated to the Building Redevelopment Fund. 
• 2018 Annual Report has been uploaded to the church website. Members are encouraged to read it before the Annual General Meeting. 
• Please feel free to pick up the 2019 calendar at the reception desk at the back of the hall.
