- The congregations will be asked to complete a survey by September about the conference ministry at Westside. The result will then be used for planning conferences in the future.
- Trainings for the visitation team will be held on September 5 and 16. Refer to the bulletin for details.
- Awana will begin on September 14. Starting from September 2, chairs in the main hall will be stacked up after Sunday worship services and rearranged after Saturday worship services.
- Academic Assistance Program will begin on September 16 every Sunday between 2pm – 5pm.
- Operation Christmas Child empty shoe boxes can be picked up on October 6 & October 7 during worship services. A launching party open to the public will be held on October 13 between 10am-11:30am. The in-house collection dates for filled shoe box gifts are November 17 & 18.
- Pastor Gladys and Anders will take their annual leaves from October 10 – 26, 2012. Pastor Alan will take his annual leave from November 17 – December 2, 2012.
