Summary of April 2016 Deacon Board Meeting

• The church anniversary joint worship service will be held on May 1st at 10am. There will be simultaneous translation of the sermon into English, and a prayer walk will be held during the worship service. A potluck lunch will be right after the worship service. A special sharing session about the future vision of Westside will be happening during lunch. 
• A parents’ outreach dinner will be held on June 19, 2016. The cost is $20 per adult. $10 per ages 4-10 child. Due to limited seating capacity, nonbeliever parents and their family will have the priority to buy the tickets. 
• The church will start to run community activities for different age group in June. The church community centre will be formally open in September and the name is still to be confirmed.
