Announcements - November 25, 2018

• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• 2019-2021 Deaconship Election will be held on November 25. The candidates are Jason Kwok, Daisy Liu and Tommy Tung. Their profiles has already posted on the bulletin board. Voting station has been set up to collect the ballots from members. The opening hours of the voting station are as follow: 9:30am – 10am; the half an hour right after CM worship service and right after EM worship service until 1:30pm. Members are encouraged to vote. 
• The church fall cleaning is in progress, deacon Lily Liu has contacted the groups and the cleaning is aimed to be done before the end of November. 
• The church is going to collect gift boxes and donate to Reiderman Residence modular housing before Christmas. All gift boxes have been signed up by donors. Donors please bring back your gift boxes on December 9. Labels for the boxes are available at the back of the hall. 
• Lost and found items in the kitchen will be removed from the shelf on Dec 9. Please check if you have lost items to be claimed. 
• Christmas Celebration events: Clothing drive (Dec 2 to 9, 2018). 26” x 36” Garbage bags are available at the back of the hall. Christmas Charity Dinner (coordinators: Deacons Tsz-Lam Mak, Lily Liu and Benjamin Mak) will be on December 16. Dinner tickets are $16 per adult and $8 per child age 4-10. Tickets are available today and next Sunday. Net proceeds from all fundraiser events will be donated to Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society and Reiderman Residence modular housing. 
• DONATIONS WANTED! Gifts to be sold at the Christmas Charity Auction are now being collected. We are accepting: new items of value; unique and valuable vintage items; and unused and non-expired gift certificates, gift cards, or gift vouchers (e.g. Groupons). Items should be new or in excellent condition. Please contact Pastor Alan for details before December 11. Please note that the Church reserves the right to refuse any donations, and unsold gifts will be returned to donors. Thank you for your support!
