• EM prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at Room E. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Reminders of attending in person worship service at 11:30am: 
• All worshippers are required to show proof of vaccination and wear a face mask 
• We will not provide printed handouts for now. Please download from our website and print them at home for your personal use if needed. 
• We encourage you to check your body temperature when arriving, and sanitize your hands. 
• Stay home if you are displaying any symptom. 
• Brothers and sisters who are not fully vaccinated are welcome to continue worshipping with us through Zoom at 11:30am.

• During this transitional period, cash donation is not accepted. The church is accepting offerings through the following methods: 
• e-transfer to westsidebaptistoffering@gmail.com; 
• drop off the cheque into the mail box at the main hall when attending the in-person worship service on Sundays; o mail the cheque to the church.

• Annual General Meeting will be held on January 23, 2022 at 1:00pm in the main hall. Members are welcome to attend. All members are required to show proof of vaccination and wear a face mask during the meeting. For those who choose to attend the meeting through Zoom, please sign up at universe.com/westside no later than January 21 noon. A Zoom link will be sent out accordingly to those who sign up for the meeting via Zoom. The annual report is ready online. If you do need a paper copy, contact the church office. Please read it before you come to the AGM. Agenda is as follow:
