Announcements - December 9, 2018

• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of sister Sandy Hui on Dec 8 early morning. Let us remember her family in our prayers during this time of sorrow. The details of the Memorial Service is to be announced. 
• The monthly bulletin has been posted on the bulletin board. Please check it out for important information. 
• The church is going to collect gift boxes and donate to Reiderman Residence modular housing before Christmas. All gift boxes have been signed up by the donors. Please put the gifts on the stage in front of the communion table. 
• Lost and found items in the kitchen will be removed from the shelf today. Please check if you have lost items to be claimed. 
• Christmas Celebration events: Clothing drive (today is the last day for collection). Christmas Charity Dinner will be held on December 16 at 6:00pm. Net proceeds from all fundraiser events will be donated to Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society and Reiderman Residence modular housing. To be more environmental friendly, please bring your own dining ware. Charity photo session with Santa will be between 6:00pm – 6:30pm. 
• DONATIONS WANTED! Gifts to be sold at the Christmas Charity Auction are now being collected. We are accepting: new items of value; unique and valuable vintage items; and unused and non-expired gift certificates, gift cards, or gift vouchers (e.g. Groupons). Items should be new or in excellent condition. Please contact Pastor Alan for details by today. Please note that the Church reserves the right to refuse any donations, and unsold gifts will be returned to donors. Thank you for your support! 
• There will be a joint Christmas worship service on Dec 23 at 11:00am. Other than FM transmitter, the church will also use “Discord” app to broadcast the simultaneous interpretation during joint worship services. Instructions will be provided.
